I’m Steph Adamo, and there are those who know me as a poet, photographer, designer, dancer, musician, artist, sister, daughter, friend, vegetarian, and actress, among other things. Not all of those apply to me at the moment, but they represent where i’ve been and what i love the most.
I’m currently establishing myself as a professional web designer to be reckoned with, and have also done professional photography and graphic design work. Photography may be what i’m best at, despite the fact that my bachelor’s degree is in the field of Graphic Design. I also earned a minor in French, but that’s not to say that i can speak the language fluently.
I love music probably more than anything, although i do far and away more listening to it than creating. Among my favorite musical acts are The (old) Smashing Pumpkins, Björk, Death Cab For Cutie, Radiohead, Coldplay, Third Eye Blind, Jimmy Eat World, Foo Fighters, our former locals The Envy Corps, and the unbelievably talented miss Ani DiFranco. I’m always looking for new recommendations, so please send yours my way!
I grew up in Oregon but i’ve been in Iowa for eleven years now, and was actually born here. I lived in Rome for four months during college and came to realize how truly American i am.
